Lawrence Huerta Obtains California Real Estate Broker's License Huerta Mediation is pleased to announce Mediator, Arbitrator and Attorney Lawrence Huerta took and passed the California Real Estate Brokers Exam in February, 2006 and obtained his California Real Estate Brokers License in March, 2006. Mr. Huerta's primary purpose in taking the Brokers Exam and obtaining the Real Estate Brokers License was to continue to develop his Mediation, Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. Since graduating from the University of Michigan Law School and passing the California Bar Exam in 1983, Mr. Huerta has twenty five years of business and real estate litigation experience. Mr. Huerta mediates and arbitrates real estate cases through Huerta Mediation, and through the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration and Mediation panels.
